Music Box Talk takes the time to salute arguable the best rapper of all time, Christopher "Biggie Smalls" Wallace. The Brooklyn thoroughbred sprung to prominence in the early 1990's after meeting Sean "Puffy" Combs. It is astonishing to see that the late great was only able to provide the world with two studio albums. "Ready To Die", the debut album from  Biggie Small undoubtedly put Bad Boy Records on the map with its catchy samples and uncontrollable word-play of the young rapper. the album spawned fans favorites such as: "Juicy", "One More Chance", "Big Poppa", "Machine GunFunk", "Who Shot Ya". Such tracks earned him critical acclaim, where he was able to then draft in his own team of talent, known as J.U.N.I.O.R MAFIA.

Further success was to follow as Smalls went back into the studio to produce his second studio album titled "Life After Death". A two disk effort which would later become famous for the fact that it was the last self-made studio album from the rapper. The album offered something different from the rapper, one of which he used to illustrate his success. Tracks such as: "Love The Dough", Hypnotize", "Mo Money", "F**king You tonight" "Ten Crack Commandments", "Missing U" have cemented his place in history, as one of the great lyricist of all time.

On a fatal night in California, while promoting the release of "Life After Death" Biggie Smalls was tragically killed at the tender age of 24. Music Box Talk believes that at this time a life was lost, but a legend was born.
